Meeting Minutes
Monday, January 13th, 2025 @ 7:00pm

- Welcome: Kevin opened Meeting at 7:04pm
- Approval of Agenda: Approved by Kevin Ryan and 2nd by Bob Harrison. All in Favor
- Approval Previous Minutes: November 4th, 2024 minutes Approved by Bob Harrison and 2nd Richard Zdriluk.
- December 16th, 2024 minutes Approved by Kevin Ryan and seconded by Bob Harrison.
- Business arising from Previous Minutes: Bob Harrison still has not been in touch with Frank Heron regarding land use permit.
- Land use Permit is required with the Town of Kearney. Bob Harrison will follow up
- Darcy will be quoting Decals for the New Ranger
- All Donation Cheques have been sent out and received.
- Membership: No information available
- Bylaws: No new information is available at this time.
- Dog Sled Races: Kearney Dog Sled Committee has asked for our assistance with the 8 Dog Sled Dog Races. Rickwards have volunteered to donate ATVs to be used. Fraser will have the Ranger at the Races, Bob, Terry and Garry will assist. Assistance is needed both Saturday, February 8th and Sunday, February 9th in the morning for approximately an hour.
- Spring Poker Ride: The Spring Poker Ride will be held at Edgewater Park Lodge. Meal Sampling being arranged by Brent.
- Other Business: Susan has an invoice for the Almaguin Highlands Chamber of Commerce for the Membership renewal for 2025. $350 plus taxes for a total of $395.50. Asking for approval to pay. Approved by Bob Harrison and seconded by Fraser Bull. All in Favour.
- Aweber, Email Service for the website fees have gone up for 2025. Increase from $313.80 USD to $660 USD per year. Bryan from Advanced Site Exposure is checking into options to see what is available.
- Susan to forward AWATV Logos to Fraser.
- Fraser submitted two invoices for payment for a total of $186.38. Approved by Bob Harrison and seconded by Terry English. All in Favour.
