Meeting Minutes
Monday, June 9th, 2025 @ 7:00pm
Emsdale Community Centre
Attendance:Terry English, Garry Fraser, Bob Harrison, Kevin Ryan, Amanda Traves, Kyle Ryan,Richard Zdriluk, Brenda Cameron, Brent Stapleton, Bill Bird, Susan Fetterley
Guest: Joe Nichols from ADSC
1. Welcome: Kevin opened meeting at 7:01am
2. Approval of Agenda: Agenda approved by Bill Bird and Bob Harrison
3. Approval Previous Minutes: Minutes approved by Garry Fraser and Richard Zdriluk
4. Approval AGM Minutes: N/A
5. Business arising from Previous Minutes:
5.1. Bylaws are at the Lawyers.
5.2. Richard and Garry will do the July 19th ride
5.3. Garry, Fraser, Brenda, Frank, Brent, Susan, Terry are available for Regatta Weekend to sell tickets
6. Membership: Individual 191, Family 63 with 186 ATV’s
7. Financials: Approved by Brent Stapleton and Garry Fraser
7.1. Bylaws are going to cost Appoximately $1500 for Standard Bylaws- Additional charge for any changes we would like to make
8. Trails: Trail 30 has deep water due to a Beaver Dam- Kevin checking into this. He has been in contact with MNR. Trail Impassable. Need to put signs up ‘Trail Closed. Deep
Water’
- Mark will be going out to Moose Valley on trail 16 to tidy up trail. Garbage needs to be picked up.
- Mark going out on trail 36 to grade and tidy up the trail from Road to First Camp.
- Loggers going in at East Lake
- Brent and Bob were out talking to Land Owners. They are requesting “not part of the trail system signs’.
- Brent has talked to Tom Fisher about tidying up the trail 33
- Bridges – ADSC would like help – Boat ramp bridge needs some would, Bridge with hole
- and Rails on a Bridge
- Kalio Road trail os still being worked on – Land Owner issue.
- Park to Park – Ministry is looking to sell Trail to Township for maintenance.
- The Ranger will be going in for Warranty repairs. Ranger is due for Oil Change.
- Windshield which tips out is Optical Glass. The price is Approx. $1700 plus taxes. Bob
- Harrison motioned to order the windshield. Seconded by Brent Stapleton. All in Favor.
9. Monthly Club Rides: 9 Rides Registered
10. ATV Raffle Ticket Sales:
- Legion Car Show: Saturday, July 26th – 10am – 3:00pm
- Kearney Regatta: August 2nd and 3rd
11. Adjournment: Kevin Ryan Motioned to Adjourn at 8:11pm. Seconded by Brent Stapleton.
