Meeting Minutes
Monday, July 13th, 2026 @ 7:00pm
Emsdale Community Centre
Attendance: Bob Harrison, Garry Fraser, Brenda Cameron, Susan Fetterley, Bill Bird, Terry English, Fraser Bull, Kevin Ryan Regrets: Amanda Traves, Kyle Ryan, Richard Zridruk, Brent Stapleton
Guest: Jerry Scott
1. Welcome: Kevin opened the meeting at 7:05pm
2. Approval of Agenda: Approved by Garry Fraser and seconded by Bill Bird
3. Approval Previous Minutes: Approved by Bob Harrison and Seconded by Garry Fraser, All in Favor.
4. Business arising from Previous Minutes: Deep water signs have been put up. Trail 30 has not been checked. Trail 16 has a tree hanging over the trail, needs to be cut. Trail 33 has had the loggers on it for the most part, maybe ¼ km that would need cleaning up. Trail 34 is good.
5. Membership: 31 family (121 ATVs), 108 individual
6. Financials: not available.
7. Trails: Complaints about trail 37, High water. Trail 36 have loggers working. Trail 30 has a large tree across.
8. Spring Poker Ride 2027: will revisit next month
9. Club Rides: July 15th – Kevin Ryan
- July 25th – Need Volunteer – Need to Cancel
- Aug 12th – Need volunteer – Fraser Bull
- Aug 22nd – Brent Stapleton
Fraser Bull volunteered to do the August 12th ride. No Volunteers for the July 25th ride. Kevin Ryan will get the August Rides onto the website.
10. Other Business: Kelly Shire contacted about helping out next year at there ride. Fraser will reply.
It was suggested that we move the September 14th to August 31st. 24th if the 31st is not available.
No meeting on August 10th. Susan will check dates and get back to everyone.
