1. Welcome: Bob Opened Meeting at 7:06pm
2. Approval of Agenda: Approved by Garry Fraser and Seconded by Fraser Bull. All in favor.
3. Approval Previous Minutes: Approved by Kyle Ryan and Seconded by Brenda Cameron. All in Favor.
4. Business arising from Previous Minutes:
- Kelly Shire ride – Thank you to Brent Stickand for Volunteering – Everyone had a great day.
- Credit Card has been approved and received.
- MOU has been approved through council and should be ready soon.
5. Membership: 115 individual, 40 family with 121 atvs – total 236 ORV
6. Financials: Attached Jan – March – $1283.70 expense for the Spring Rally
7. Trails:
- Trail 30 closed due to deep water. Signs needs to be put up.
- Received call from the conservation officer asking about trail maintenance. He had a concern that we had been trapping beavers and tore dams apart. Kevin assured we have not trapped beavers or tear down dams.
- Large tree down on trail 30 which need to be removed.
- Trail 33 needs to be cleaned up.
- Need to organize a day for trail clean up. Fraser to set something set up.
- Trail 27 Mark Reynolds will come go in from Hwy 518 and work through to Stoneway. Had a call from Muskoka Off Road Riders (Bike) to volunteer to help cleanup shared trails. Brent has the contact information.
8. Spring Poker Ride 2027: Discussion on date and trails to be used for the Spring Poker Ride. Vote was taken on the date of the Spring Poker Ride – Voted to keep ride on the last Saturday of April, which will be Saturday, April 24th, 2026. Location to be determined.
9. Club Rides: Garry is not able to do club rides due to health issues.

- Kevin Ryan Nominated Brent Stapleton for Trail Boss – Seconded by Susan Fetterley – All in Favor
- Susan Fetterley Nominated Kevin Ryan for President, seconded by Amanda Traves – All in Favor
- Kevin Ryan Nominated Bob Harrison for Vice President – Seconded by Terry English – All in Favor.
Brent recommends promoting memberships since membership is down. Have an email sent out to the email address’. Possibly going to events to promote the Club, Regatta, Car Show, Huntsville Fall Fair. Needing volunteers.
